By car from London, Wales, the North and the South West (M4 West/East, M5 North/South):

Go on the M32 from the M4 using Junction 19
Go off the M32 using Junction 1 following signs towards the A4174 - note the slip road for the junction starts immediately after the roundabout
Go left at the junction roundabout on the A4174 - Avon Ring Road
Go right (2nd exit) at the next roundabout onto the A4017 - Bromley Heath Road
Go straight on at the first set of traffic lights
Go straight on at the second set of traffic lights onto Overndale Road
Go right at the double mini roundabout onto Frenchay Road
Take the 3rd left onto Gill Avenue
Go straight at the next roundabout (2nd exit)
The Vassall Centre is on your right.

By train and then bus or taxi:

Go to Bristol Parkway - note, not Temple Meads.
If taking a taxi, just ask driver to go to the Vassall Centre at BS16 2QQ
If taking the bus, there is a bus stop opposite the station
Catch the 581 bus - ask the driver to let you know when the bus arrives at the Manor Road bus stop. Walk towards the Co-op supermarket which is in the general direction the bus went. Go left up Vassall Road, and the centre is around the bend on Gill Avenue
Otherwise, catch the 318 bus, get the driver to let you know when the bus arrives at Cleeve Park Road, then change for the number 5 bus and get the driver to let you know when the bus arrives at the Vassall Road bus stop near the co-op supermarket. Walk away from the Co-Op towards Gill Avenue in the direction the bus was going, and Vassall Centre is around the bend
For bus times and maps, go to Traveline South West's website, enter "Bristol Parkway" in the "From" box, select "Stop", and enter "BS16 2QQ" in the "To" box and select "Postcode". Choose your times, and click on "Find Journey". Click on "Find Journey" again, you should now be able to see the times and maps.

By bike:

We are right next to the Bristol to Bath cycle path. You can view the same instructions with pictures here.
If you are cycling towards Bath, take the exit right after Morrisons onto New Station Road. If you are cycling towards Bristol, turn around when you see Morrisons and take the New Station Road exit. The exit has thick metal pipes and slopes upwards towards the top of a bridge, while the cycle path slopes downwards to the right and then to the left under the bridge
Go up New Station Road - there is a one way road here, but cyclists are allowed up that on a cycle lane
Cross Fishponds Road into Guinea Lane. If you're nervous of the main road, walk across the zebra crossing
When Guinea Lane goes left after a very short distance, there's a little path at the bend. Go on that path. Go slowly
Go right at the fork
Go right onto Manor Road
Immediately go first left into College Road
Go first right on College Avenue
Go first left onto Victoria Park
Go straight onto Symington Road - do take care here
Take the first left onto Vassall Road
Take the bend right onto Gill Avenue and the centre is on the left
There are bike racks outside the main entrance
Use Sustrans's online mapping to view the best bike route to New Station Road, also the route to the office
